Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

If the merchandise you ordered does not meet your expectations, arrives damaged or defective, or differs from what you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, provided:

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

1.2 Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Unused and Undamaged Items: Only items that are brand new and have all tags intact are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Damaged Returns: Soiled or damaged items will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

1.3 Steps for Online Returns and Exchanges

  1. Inspection During Delivery: Customers are required to inspect the goods (color, size, quantity, and quality) in front of the delivery person.
  2. Immediate Return: If an issue is identified, the item must be returned to the delivery person immediately.
  3. Customer Support: If concerns arise during delivery, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
  4. Invoice and Tags: Ensure you retain the original invoice and tags for a replacement or exchange.
  5. Exchange Value: The value of the exchanged item must match or exceed the original purchase amount.

1.4 Important Notes

  • Products cannot be exchanged after 30 days of delivery.
  • Tulikaz reserves the right to determine if items have been used, altered, or damaged.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact our customer care team to initiate the cancellation process.
  • If the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee the order can be canceled, as it may already be processed or shipped.

2.2 Cancellation of Shipped Orders

  • If the order has not been shipped and the cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
  • If the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you may need to initiate a return after delivery.

2.3 Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are specially made according to your preferences.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in specific scenarios:

  • Tulikaz is unable to deliver your desired product.
  • This policy does not apply to out-of-stock items or custom orders.

3.2 Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
